The app

Silock is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard terms for apps on the App Store. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms, including refunds.

Keeping your recovery phrase

Silock is designed so that no one but you can open your silos. That means we can’t recover your files if you lose both your unlock and your recovery phrase, or reset either for you. Keeping your recovery phrase safe is up to you.

Backups

Silock’s iCloud backup is there to help you, but no backup is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.
